ASHLEY BAYLISS whose last known address was 104 SPINK STREET, WOOSTER, OH 44691 and whose present address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that in Case No. 2025 JUV-G 000228 and 2025 JUV-G 000229, a COMPLAINT TO ESTABLISH VISITATION OR PARENTING TIME ORDER was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Wayne County, Ohio; said Motion is set for a final hearing on APRIL 13, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, 107 West Liberty Street, Public Square, Wooster, Wayne County, Ohio, or as soon thereafter meets the convenience of the Court.

ASHLEY BAYLISS is ordered to appear before this Court and show cause why the movant’s request should not be granted.
