AMIR JACKSON, the Alleged Father of Amir Akeem Abdul Jackson, whose last known address was 12809 Gay Ave., Cleveland, OH 44105  and whose present address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that in Case No. 2024 JUV-G 000517, a MOTION FOR CUSTODY FILED BY TONI OLIVER was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Wayne County, Ohio; said Motion is set for a hearing on Nov. 18, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, 107 West Liberty Street, Public Square, Wooster, Wayne County, Ohio, or as soon thereafter meets the convenience of the Court.

AMIR JACKSON is ordered to appear before this Court and show cause why the movant’s request should not be granted.
