The Wayne County, Ohio, Public Access and e-file system has changed!

To provide more efficient processing and functionality, the Juvenile and Probate Court now has a separate database. To access each site navigate to the links below. If you have a current e-file account, your username and password will allow you to access both environments. You may bookmark these pages for ease of access in the future:

Once registration is submitted and processed, you will receive an email that contains a temporary password to access the e-file portal. Upon first log-in, you will be prompted to enter a new password. With your login you will be able to view a list of all open cases in which you are listed as the attorney of record in all Wayne County Courts. This functionailty requires our staff to merge all instances of your party in the system manually which can be a time consuming process. As a result new registrations may take 1-7 days to process.

Passwords must be a minimum of five characters with at least one letter and one number. Passwords will prompt to reset every ninety (90) days to ensure system security.
