Once registration is submitted and processed, you will receive an email that contains a temporary password to access the e-file portal. Upon first log-in, you will be prompted to enter a new password. With your login you will be able to view a list of all open cases in which you are listed as the attorney of record in all Wayne County Courts. This functionailty requires our staff to merge all instances of your party in the system manually which can be a time consuming process. As a result new registrations may take 1 day to process.
